Who we are
AtlanticFlow Digital is operated by Franky, a sole proprietor based in New Brunswick, Canada. For privacy questions, email hello@atlanticflow.ca.
Information we collect
Contact form: name, email, optional phone and business name, service selection, and your message. Flo chat: the text of your conversation while the chat window is open — we do not persist chat history after your session ends. Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and a language preference cookie so the site remembers EN or FR.
How we use your information
We use contact form submissions to respond to your inquiry and schedule calls. Flo conversations are processed in real time to answer your questions; we do not use chat content for advertising or sell it to third parties. Server logs help us keep the site secure and diagnose issues.
Legal basis
We process your information based on your consent when you submit the contact form or use Flo, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing our website.
Third-party services
The site is hosted on Vercel. Contact form messages are delivered by email. Flo is powered by a third-party AI provider; message content is sent to that provider only to generate a reply during your session. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and applicable agreements.
Retention
Contact form records are kept as long as needed to respond and manage our business relationship, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required. Chat sessions are not stored after you close the chat. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Contact hello@atlanticflow.ca and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
We use a single functional cookie (atlanticflow-lang) to remember your language choice. It expires after one year. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised policy.
